I was reading the recipe for "faux fruit tarts", and I remembered this one I used to make a few years ago. I haven't made it in a while b/c if I keep graham crackers in the house I will eat the whole box!!
Not really, but these are tasty and you can make 'em as healthy as you want. Oh, and each one takes about, oh, 22 seconds to make:
Almost-as-good-as-real-cheesecake-snack:
1 graham cracker (choose low-fat if you want!)
~1 T. cream cheese (choose low-fat if you want!)
~1/2 T. jam, any flavor. I like strawberry b/c I love strawberry topping on cheesecake (choose the healthier albeit gross sugar-free jam if you want!)
Take the graham cracker and spread the cream cheese on top. Then, spoon on the jam, and spread over the cream cheese. I swear this ALMOST tastes like real cheesecake, it's hard not to make like, 10 at a time!
