Ryan Seacrest is everywhere these days and with tons of energy to boot. That's because he's fueled by a daily dose of Brazilian Thunder, a green smoothie his trainer turned him on to. Ryan begins his days with this mixture of kale, coconut water, collard greens, ginger, cinnamon, and a little bit of lemon. Not sure about this actual recipie, but the website greenmonstormovement.com (from Angela @ Ohsheglows) has TONS of recipies for green drinks w spinach or kale.
