Here's an idea to make your yogurt more exciting and more like a treat for under 100 calories!
Ingredients:
-4 oz. of fat free yogurt (any flavor you like; I use Dannon Light n' Fit)
-1 Keebler Waffle Bowl
-about 10 blueberries (or any berries or fruit of your choice)
Ok this is real easy!
Directions:
-Put the waffle bowl in another bowl (because it's kind of messy usually)
-add 2oz of yogurt (I use a 6 oz container and just scoop out 1/3 of it)
-layer in 1/2 of the fruit
-add 2 more oz of yogurt
-top with rest of fruit
-enjoy!
-you will have some yogurt left over which you can put on top, eat seperately or add to a smoothie later on
Nutrition Info:
(this is for 4oz of Dannon Light n' Fit and using 10 blueberries; nutrition will change slightly depending on yogurt used and fruit used)

4Hi oceannightstars
Great idea for a carb conscious dessert for a dinner party. Pretty
and healthy.
That Lite 'n Fit Vanilla Creme is a staple in my fridge. Whenever I need a balanced snack it's a no brainer to reach for that
