Snacking doesn't have to involve a lot of cooking. Just take my favorite afternoon snack, edamame beans.
Don't know if any of you ever heard of such a thing (I my self have just recently been in lightened) but I can inform that they are not only healthy (125 cal and 12,1 g protein pr. 100 g) but tasty (sort of a nutty flavour) as well.
You buy them frozen in Asian speciality stores (maybe even in some supermarkets?), cook them in water or heat them in a microwave for about 1-2 minutes. Then sprinkle with salt and lemon juice - personally I like mine with a dash of chili
