OK -- so if you haven't tried Yogurt Burst Cheerios I strongly suggest you do. It's the same Cheerios we all love with a sprinkle of Strawberry or Vanilla pieces. It's totally yummy and great as just a snack on it's own without milk. If you're like me and you need some flavor in your diet I strongly suggest Yogurt Burst Cheerios.

1 Serving (3/4 cup) w/out milk = 120 calories
1 Serving (3/4 cup) w/ milk = 160 calories

It's better than having a bag of chips or a candy bar at work. I strongly suggest you stash a box in your desk for moments of weakness. It's truly that good!
